There are many different types of martial arts that humans have been practicing for thousands of years, and martial arts creates incredible transformations to this day. We’re going to go through the most effective martial arts that we offer and try to crown a champion. Let’s do it!

We offer a general adult martial arts class that is kind of a little bit of everything – and all of our students LOVE IT. You’ll learn how to punch and kick properly, have a blast with fun-loving people, and break quite a sweat too.

We condition at the beginning of class, run through drills and teach new skills, and then finish with a cool off. Krav Maga teaches effective and practical self defense in a bootcamp style, as this form of martial arts was originally developed in the Israeli army for the Israeli soldiers.
